This Return/Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the website, the CLOSET 38 mobile applications, and any other website or application that directs you to this Returns Policy (collectively, the "Site").

We do not offer refunds, we provide In-Store Credit and/or Exchanges on items of the same or lesser amount.

Our policy lasts 7 days after your product was delivered. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you an In-Store Credit and/or an Exchange.

To be eligible for In Store Credit or an Exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

All Earrings, Sunglasses, and Swimwear are final sale. Items cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons.
